Lequint, MBA, is the President and CEO of PHDNME LLC, a purpose-driven organization built on the belief that every individual can make a difference and leave a legacy. With a remarkable 13-year career in the United States Army serving as a Motor Transport Operator, Recruiter, and Foreman, he developed the discipline, leadership, and resilience that continue to shape his life’s work today.

He is academically accomplished, earning an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Florence Darlington Technical College, followed by both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration from Limestone University. His pursuit of excellence goes beyond traditional education—he is also a Certified Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and holds a Massage Therapy certification, which he plans to integrate into future services to better serve his community.

Lequint’s deep knowledge of finance has positively transformed the lives of countless family members, friends, and community members. As a two-time published author, including the impactful book Define Your Goal, Define Your Purpose, he continues to inspire readers to pursue clarity, direction, and meaningful success.
